Should this game be played at the county fair or is the carnival owner trying to pull a fast one?

1.  Shuffle the four cards and place them in a single pile face down.
2. Guess the order that the four cards will be drawn.
3. You are awarded tickets for the following outcomes:

Outcome	Tickets
Exactly 0 Correct	0 tickets
Exactly 1 Correct	1 ticket
Exactly 2 Correct	1 ticket
Exactly 3 Correct	5 tickets
Exactly 4 Correct	1 ticket

The third game Math Spies need to evaluate before the county fair begins is another dice game.  This time a player rolls three dice and finds the sum.  If the answer is odd you win five tickets.  If the answer is even you win nothing.
